The event will take place in the hall of Surush (former UEFA center ) 

PESHSAF is a social innovation program implemented in additional education centers, youth centers and universities in eight cities and districts of the country in cooperation with the Ministry of education and science and the Committee on youth and sports under the government of Tajikistan. It aims to empower young people to develop skills and opportunities through social innovation and entrepreneurship.

The PESHSAF forum is organized with the financial support of the UK Department for international development.
