In the center of the plot is an orphan boy Lewis (Owen Vaccaro), who has no one but his uncle Jonathan. Lewis soon moves in with his only relative and quickly realizes that Jonathan and his neighbor are sorcerers. Together they try to find in the house terribly ticking clock that counts down the time remaining until the end of the world. Can these three save the world from destruction?
