In the center of the plot is a female police officer Megan reed (Shay Mitchell), recently released from the rehabilitation center, where she was treated for drug addiction. Soon the heroine gets a job in a local hospital. During a patrol of the cemetery of the city hospital, she discovers the corpse of a brutally murdered woman, which was possessed by some evil entity.
