INGREDIENTS:
for the dough:
80 g butter
1 Cup flour
1 egg
3-4 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa
1/4 tsp.


for the cream:
250 g cottage cheese
100 g sour cream
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon starch
1/3 teaspoon vanillin

PREPARATION:
1 Beat egg, baking soda, sugar and butter, mix cocoa and flour, stirring, gradually pour into the prepared dough. Knead until the dough stops sticking to your hands.
2 Separate the fourth part from the dough piece and set aside. Most of the spread on the bottom of the form, form the sides of about 3 cm and send for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
3 Mix together all the ingredients for the cream (do not use the mixer!) and put on chilled dough. From a smaller part of the dough to roll balls and" drown " in the curd filling.
4 Send the mold to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Cake with cottage cheese cream will be ready in 40-50 minutes.
