Crab salad is loved by many and is prepared not only for a festive meal, but also for a variety of family menus. Recipe traditional salad of crab sticks, but with an interesting addition and unusual filing.

INGREDIENTS:
crab sticks-200 g

rice-60 g

canned corn-1 can

eggs - 3 PCs.

shnitt-onion - 1 bunch

parsley

mayonnaise

salt

1 Crab sticks chop into cubes. Boil eggs, then peel and cut small cubes or RUB on a medium grater. Drain the liquid from the canned corn. Rice boil until tender. Onions finely chop.


2 transparent salad bowl to lay layers. First rice, grease with mayonnaise. Then a layer of corn. Corn spread a layer of crab sticks and mayonnaise. Eggs mix with mayonnaise and spread a layer on the sticks. Decorate layered crab salad with onions and fresh herbs.
