INGREDIENTS:
cottage cheese (cheese curd) - 300 g
cookies - 5-6 PCs.
sugar - 6 tablespoons.
sour cream - 2 tablespoons.
butter - 2 tbsp.
eggs - 1 PC.
vanilla (sugar) - to taste
PREPARATION:
1 Grind to a state of crumbs cookies, mix with butter, shift into a mold, tamp, prepare the basis for a mini-cheesecake one minute in microwave at a power of 700 watts.
2 Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, sugar and vanilla into a homogeneous mass with a blender.
3 Fill half of the mold with the base filling, put in the microwave for 2 minutes with a power of 700 W, repeat again, but cook for a minute (do not change the power).
4 Get the cheesecake, allow to cool, remove for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
