A screen adaptation of the classic Japanese manga about a cyborg girl who fights evil monsters. The plot will unfold in the XXVI century, 300 years after the great war. The focus is on the story of Gali, also known as Alita (Rosa Salazar), whose remains are found in a landfill Dr. IDO (Christoph waltz) – a surgeon engaged in repairing cyborgs. IDO who saves Gali, but soon it turns out that she lost her memories, although still able to use the fighting techniques of cyborgs.
