The plot of the first film is about a girl named Three (Jessica Roth) – typical arrogant "Queen's College" who thinks only of himself and despises others. On her birthday, she wakes up in the room of an inconspicuous student Carter (Israel Broussard) after a noisy party. Three is furious with such an unsightly "catch", but this is only the beginning – in the evening the girl will be killed by some maniac in a mask. Then this day will repeat again. And then again. And again. And that the Three did, wherever he hiding, in the evening it is always waiting for certain death. In the end, she still managed to figure out the killer and get out of the time loop.

The sequel to the picture again talks about Three-two years later, she has a chance to find out how and why there was the same time loop, why Three stuck in it, and again go through the same horrors. But now the girl has much more experience and chances to survive, as well as new friends, ready with her to confront another mysterious maniac.
