low-fat cottage cheese 300 g
skimmed milk 100 ml
gelatin 20 g
water 1 Cup
cocoa 2 tablespoons.
honey 2 tbsp.

1 gelatin pour cold water for half an hour. In the swollen product, add cocoa powder, honey, skim milk. Put the mixture on a quiet fire, heat until cocoa dissolves completely. Do not bring to a boil.
