INGREDIENTS:
low-fat cottage cheese 400 g
milk 1% 100 g
cocoa powder 50 g
honey 20 g
gelatin 15 g
PREPARATION:
1 Soak the gelatin in water to make it swell. Then drain the water and dilute the gelatin with warm milk, add cottage cheese, honey and cocoa powder. Ingredients beat with a blender or mixer in a lush homogeneous mass.
2 Pour into prepared molds and refrigerate until cool. Decorate a diet chocolate cheesecake with a sprig of mint or a slice of orange.
