Dumplings with radish are popular among vegetarians, especially good for this purpose radish daikon, because it is not bitter and has a milder taste. Stuffing with radish always turns out delicious and juicy.
For the dough, combine 220 ml of water, 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of honey. Pour oil water into 0.5 kg of flour and knead the elastic dough, then form a bun, cover with a cloth and leave it to rest for 30-40 minutes.
Grate 450 g of radish and stew it in 3 tbsp butter. Roll out the dough, cut out the circles and place in the middle of each 1 tsp filling. Make dumplings and boil them in water for 10 minutes or cook in a steamer for 20 minutes. This dish is wonderfully combined with sour cream and dill.
