Fish cutlets with carrots, cheese and sour cream

Spicy cutlets with vegetables and fish, soft and juicy. Even an inexpensive hake in such an "environment" looks like a good and useful product.

hake fillet (tilapia fillet) 500 g
cheese 50 g
carrots 1 PC.
onions 1 head
eggs 1 PC.
sour cream 2 tbsp.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
ground black pepper to taste
dried Basil to taste
coriander to taste
garlic to taste
dill to taste
cumin to taste
salt to taste

1 Finely chop the hake or tilapia fillet.

2 Peel and grate onions and carrots, mix with fish.

3 Pour sour cream into the mixture, drive in a raw chicken egg, add grated cheese, salt and spices. Mix the minced meat with a spoon.

4 Form small cutlets, fry in a frying pan, in vegetable oil, over low heat. Preparation time-3-4 minutes.


The dish can also be baked in the oven. Serve in both cases with fresh herbs and sliced vegetables.
