This recipe is considered to be the easiest, learn to cook dumplings better with it, using the above recommendations. Knead a dough of 0.5 kg of flour, 2 eggs, 200 ml of water, 0.5 tsp of salt and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Send the dough for half an hour to rest, and while engaged in filling.

Scroll through the meat grinder for 300 g of beef and pork or buy ready-made minced meat. Finely chop one onion, add it to the filling and season it to taste with salt and black pepper.

Roll out the dough, cut the circles and make medium-sized dumplings. Cook them for 10-15 minutes, put in plates and serve with sour cream and herbs.
