INGREDIENTS:
eggs - 2-3 PCs.
chicken breast - 1 PC .
breadcrumbs - 1 Cup
vegetable oil
salt
PREPARATION:
Cut chicken breast into schnitzels. Each recapture. In a small container to drive raw chicken eggs, shake, salt. Preheat the pan with a little oil. Dip the schnitzels in breadcrumbs, then in the egg. Fry for two minutes on each side.
RECOMMENDATION:
On a garnish it is possible to prepare mashed potatoes, vegetable stew. In winter, the dish can be served with salted or pickled cucumbers.
