To get pumpkin puree, roasted pumpkin punch in a blender to desired consistency.
In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients: flour, sweetener (we used stevia), baking powder, spices.
Mix pumpkin puree with eggs, yogurt and melted butter.
Mix dry ingredients with liquid.
Fry waffles in a waffle iron laying 2-3 tablespoons of dough.
If you don't have a waffle iron, fry the pancakes. It will also be very tasty.
